This page outlines the contents of software update OS 1.4, the fourth over-the-air (OTA) upgrade to the software for the Zeekr X.
It includes refinements and new features for the battery, driving assistance and infotainment systems, as explained below.
We are upgrading to a new platform for our connected services to enhance performance and
enable improved connected features in the future. As part of this transition, a new system link is
required. Please re-scan the QR code to link your account and reconnect digital key in Zeekr mobile
app to continue using connected services.
Navigation history and saved addresses (such as Home, Work, and Favorites) are now linked to the
active user profile. This means each driver can have their own personalized navigation experience.
Note: As part of this update, previously stored navigation data has been reset.
Only the user account owner can view the gallery content.
AC charging pauses when unlocking the car and automatically resumes after 90 seconds if the cable
is still connected.
TPMS warning symbols are now orange (instead of red) when tire pressure is slightly outside the
normal range.
Reduced DAB/FM switching for more consistent listening in areas with moderate DAB coverage.
Drive characteristics are no longer restricted when using tow bar.
Driver Distraction warning setting is no longer memorized between drive cycles, due to new
upcoming legal requirements.
Auto-hold now also works in Reverse gear (R). Brake pedal must be pressed a bit harder as
compared to when in Drive (D) to activate the Auto-hold.
Migration to TSP2 Cloud. Transition to a new backend system for Connected Services.
A new function added to pause AC charging when unlocking the car. Charging will resume after 90
seconds if the charging gun is not removed.
Radio – DAB/FM Switching less frequent in areas with “ok” DAB coverage.
Only the owner of the account that is logged in may see videos/pictures in that account’s gallery.
Navigation search history / home & work address will only be saved to the profile which is logged
in.
Driver Distraction warning setting will no longer be able to save the settings and would reset with
each drive cycle. This is implemented due to new upcoming legal requirements.
TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) symbols will now be yellow (earlier it was red) when
indicating a tire pressure outside normal pressure range.
Remove restriction on which drive characteristics can be selected when a trailer or bike holder
etc. is connected.
