This page outlines the contents of software update OS 1.3.1, the second over-the-air (OTA) upgrade to the software for the Zeekr 001.
It includes refinements and new features for the battery, driving assistance and infotainment systems, as explained below.
When your car is ready to receive the update, you'll see a notification pop up on the screen.
To install it, please make sure your car is in Basic or Advanced Privacy Mode. You can do this by selecting:
1. Settings (press the car icon on the left bottom corner)
2. Safety & Security
3. Privacy
4. Select Basic or Advanced Privacy Mode.
You’ll then receive all software updates as soon as they become available for your car.
Introduction of ‘Adjusting battery temperature’ message in the Screen when activating the pre-conditioning of the Hight Voltage battery.
Activation with touch button in Central Screen Display only possible during driving (D, not in P/R/N). Heating/cooling of battery will stop when user put in charging cable or when reaching target temperature of 25 degrees.
Heating/Cooling will also stop when the car is parked and locked.
Removed overspeed warning below 20 km/h.
Introduced pop-up notification for blocked front radar in Driver Information display.
Driver information display will show Rear Cross Traffic Alert active dynamic effect.
Adaptive Cruise Control delivers smoother, more refined acceleration when overtaking.
Adaptive Cruise Control distance change from 3 to 5 markers in Driver information screen.
Bug fix to cancel the ‘Take over the car’ continuous warning in driver information screen when front camera is blocked during driving with ACC & LCC.
Multiple ADAS sounds have been removed.
Multiple DMS sounds have been removed.
Language improvements have been made throughout the on-screen interface.
General fixes and improvements throughout the infotainment system.
Be aware that even if you’re currently enjoying Premium Connected features, some services may no longer function as expected after the next OTA update unless you complete the Vehicle Entertainment Certification.
New parameter setting with less sensitivity for Interior Movement Sensor (IMS). This will reduce the risk of false alarm with the siren due to flies in the car.
We’ve enhanced the car’s Life Detection and Care (LDAC) system to prevent false alerts, especially when the vehicle is parked. For example, if you place a water bottle or can (ranging from a small can to a 2-liter bottle) on the rear seat and lock the car, the system previously sometimes gave unnecessary warnings. Our new software update helps the system recognize common items like beverage bottles and cans—typically between 250ml and 2L—meaning it now ignores these objects when determining if there’s a life-related issue
