Release notes on DHU display:

Improvements from previous OS1.4.2

New “Drive setup” Function

A new customizable “Drive setup” function has been introduced, allowing drivers to quickly access and adjust multiple driving-related settings such as overspeed warning, driver distraction alerts, acceleration mode, regeneration level and more. This button is present in the quick-access dropdown menu. The function can be activated when gear D is selected.

Enhanced Regeneration Settings

Additional regenerative braking levels are now available. Please note that every drive cycle starts with the homologated setting Medium which will be used when driving starts if nothing else is chosen. Other preferred setting can be saved in the “Drive setup” function.

Improved Cabin Air climate settings

Climate settings have been optimized to enhance comfort and climate performance.

Improved OTA Installation Notification

An informative message will now be displayed during the 2-minute countdown before an OTA installation begins. The message informs drivers that the vehicle will be locked during the installation process and cannot be opened until the update is complete.

Charging Light Preference Memory

Drivers can now choose whether the vehicle should remember their preferred setting for the charging “breathing lights” when AC charging starts.

Enhanced Rear Hatch Protection

To help prevent unintended operation, a short activation delay has been introduced when pressing the rear hatch open button, reducing the likelihood of accidental openings.

Tow Bar Control on Main Display

A dedicated soft switch for tow bar deployment has been added to the main display, providing more convenient access to this function.

Improved Driver Monitoring System Behavior

The Driver Monitoring System has been updated to provide earlier driver feedback. The initial 2-minute grace period before the first warning has been removed, allowing the system to respond more promptly when driver attention concerns are detected.

Journey Log improvements

User can manually control Journey log in the Zeekr App based on car location status in the vehicle. User must manually turn ON Journey log in the Zeekr App every time car locator is turned ON in the central screen.
