When can I order the cars?
Zeekr X and Zeekr 001 are now available for order in Sweden and the Netherlands and deliveries have already started. Pre orders are open in Germany and more markets will follow soon.

What is the battery range of the Zeekr models on a single charge?
For the Zeekr 001 it's approx. 620 km, WLTP Range (RWD)* and for the Zeekr X it's approx 440km, WLTP Range (RWD)*, *subject to final WLTP homologation.
WLTP (Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure) is a standardized method to measure vehicle emissions and fuel consumption.
Zeekr 001: Power consumption combined in kWh/100km: 18,2-18,5 (WLTP), CO2-emissions combined in g/km:0, fuel consumption combined l/100km: 0.
Zeekr X: Power consumption combined in kWh/100km: 16,4-18,3 (WLTP subject to final homologation), CO2-emissions combined in g/km:0, fuel consumption combined l/100km: 0.
What safety features and technologies are included in Zeekr 001 and Zeekr X?
As part of Zeekr's DNA, both Zeekr X and Zeekr 001 are equipped with the latest innovative Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) that assist in enhancing both driver's and occupant's safety. In addition, both models are developed to the most stringent European legislative and consumer safety requirements (EuroNCAP).
What kind of warranty does Zeekr provide?
Enjoy complete peace of mind with up to 10 years of warranty. Each new Zeekr includes a 5-year/100,000 km vehicle warranty, extendable by a further 5 years/100,000 km, provided the Zeekr recommended service and maintenance schedule is adhered to at Zeekr High-Tech Service Centres or Zeekr authorised workshops.
Rest assured your vehicle is also protected with a 12-year corrosion warranty, a 4-year paintwork warranty, an 8-year/200,000 km main battery warranty and a 3-year roadside assistance. Terms and conditions apply.

What charging solutions will Zeekr offer?
Zeekr will support all your charging needs. Provided that your home is suitable and approved for the installation of a home charger (wallbox), our qualified technical partners will help you with a smooth installation at home. In addition, we will also offer access to a pan-European charging network making your journey as smooth as possible.

We now offer test drives of both Zeekr 001 and Zeekr X. To find a test drive location near you and a suitable time, go to our Test drive page or contact our Support team by email or phone. You can find contact information at the bottom of the page. They will have the most up-to-date information regarding test drives and availability in your specific location.
Where can I get my car serviced or get help in case of a technical problem?
Within the European market where your new car was purchased, authorized workshops are available for your service and repair requirements. Service appointments can be booked through the Zeekr app or through the One Stop Shop > Zeekr Care Page.
