In the event of unexpected breakdowns ZEEKR Assist provides support on-site to get you back on the road again. If unable to fix the problem on-site we will arrange towing to a ZEEKR Hi-Tech Service Center or an approved service partner, and if needed help you with alternative transport or hotel accommodation.
ZEEKR Assist is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, in most European countries.
Every new ZEEKR car comes with 3 years roadside assistance, starting from the vehicle registration date.

When contacting ZEEKR Assist have the following information at hand:
Always contact ZEEKR Assist immediately (within 24 hours) when you need help at the roadside. Do not contact any third-party rescue service without previous authorization from ZEEKR. ZEEKR will not cover the costs for the use of any unauthorized rescue services.
ZEEKR Assist is available around the clock, 365 days a year, in most European countries.
When buying a new ZEEKR car, ZEEKR Assist is included for 3 years, starting form the vehicle registration date.
All ZEEKR vehicles passengers (driver and the maximum passengers allowed) are covered by ZEEKR Assist. Caravans or trailers are also covered. Horses or other livestock are not covered but, if possible, the horse or livestock will be transported to a safe place.
ZEEKR Assist is provided in the event of unexpected mechanical or electrical breakdown, or when the car cannot be driven due to safety reasons.
Flat battery, problems with the key and punctured tire are also covered by ZEEKR Assist.
ZEEKR Assist is also valid in the event of theft, vandalism, fire or traffic accident in which the car is immobilized or too damaged to drive safely.
ZEEKR Assist covers you at home or work as well as on the road. That is, you do not need to have broken down during a journey for you to be recovered. ZEEKR Assist will provide support on-site, and if unable to repair the car we will arrange towing to a ZEEKR Hi-Tech Service Center or an approved service partner.
If the repairs take more than four hours, or the car cannot be repaired on the same day, you will be offered transport home or to your destination, hotel or a replacement vehicle.
