ZEEKR ensures that all service points in our network follow ZEEKR standards and have ZEEKR trained technicians to perform service and repair at the highest standards. Our service network uses genuine ZEEKR parts, designed and tested to ensure a perfect fit to your ZEEKR cars.

Warranty and Service

Experience full peace of mind with up to 10 years warranty. Every new ZEEKR comes with a 5 year/100,000 km vehicle warranty, extendable up to an additional 5 years/100,000 km by following the ZEEKR recommended service and maintenance schedule at ZEEKR Hi-Tech Service Centers or ZEEKR authorized Service Workshops. The ZEEKR Care Service Plan is a convenient way to secure your car is maintained and kept safe on a regular basis. You can lock in your service plan when you build your ZEEKR vehicle online.

Warranty

5 + 5 years vehicle warranty	ZEEKR will repair or replace faulty components caused by materials or manufacturing issues, within the first 5 years of ownership or 100 000 km, whichever comes first. The vehicle warranty can be prolonged with up to additional 5 years or 100 000 km if following is fulfilled: - Full service history for the first 5 years in accordance with standards approved by ZEEKR and the recommended servicing schedule by ZEEKR - Service during the additional 5 years in accordance with standards approved by ZEEKR and the recommended servicing schedule by ZEEKR, performed in ZEEKR Hi-Tech Service Centers or ZEEKR authorized Service Workshops or ZEEKR Mobile Service
8 years high voltage battery warranty	Zeekr will repair or replace failed battery components caused by materials or manufacturing issues, within the first 8 years of ownership or 200 000 km, whichever comes first. If the battery’s State-of-Health drops below 70% of its original capacity within the first 8 years of ownership, the battery will be replaced, repaired or reconditioned free of charge.
12 years corrosion warranty	ZEEKR corrosion protection warranty covers faults pertaining to rust perforation through any original sheet metal body panel and is valid for 12 years of ownership or 200 000 km, whichever comes first.
4 years paintwork warranty	ZEEKR vehicles paint and surface warranty covers faults pertaining to paintwork and/or surface rust and is valid for 4 years of ownership or 80 000 km, whichever comes first.
3 years roadside assistance	Every new ZEEKR car comes with 3 years roadside assistance, starting from the vehicle registration date and covers events of unexpected car breakdown or immobilization
3 years car damage warranty	If car is registered in Sweden, ZEEKR vehicles are covered by a Car Damage Warranty for 3 years. The Car Damage Warranty applies if the Vehicle is damaged as a direct result of an external accident and if the accident occurs in Sweden or other countries that are part of the Green Card Driving System By selecting our preferred insurance provider, Trygg Hansa, it is possible to lower the car damage warranty deductible. ZEEKR Care Service Plan

With the ZEEKR Care Service Plan, you can purchase up to four convenient, valuable, and secure services. This service is required every two years or after 40,000 km. With a four-year ZEEKR Care Service Plan, you can enjoy up to ten years or 200,000 km of driving before you need to pay for your next scheduled service.

Our ZEEKR Care Service Plan can be used at all ZEEKR Hi Tech Service Centers, ZEEKR Mobile Service, and ZEEKR authorized Service Workshops. You can also transfer the plan to the next owner of the car. Book the best for your ZEEKR today!

Elevate your ownership experience with ZEEKR Insurance provided by Trygg Hansa

To make a smooth start of your ZEEKR journey, ZEEKR cars come with 14-days complementary insurance. ZEEKR Insurance is provided by Trygg Hansa.

You will be contacted by Trygg Hansa with an offer to extend your insurance with partial casco. All ZEEKR vehicles comes with 3 years Car Damage Warranty, which in combination with partial casco will give you full coverage.

With ZEEKR Insurance you can be confident that your car will always be repaired with original parts at authorized workshops.

Winter Wheels

Winter tires for secure winter safety under all conditions. ZEEKR Winter Tires provide you with safe and secure driving in snow, slush, rain, and ice and are specially designed for your ZEEKR 001 and ZEEKR X. The tires on the wheels have an optimized structure for increased stability and durability while delivering excellent performance. For a safe driving experience, they are balanced and tested under challenging Nordic winter conditions. The wheels come complete with rims, tires, TPM sensors, hub caps, and valves.

Tow Bar

ZEEKR 001
The electric retractable towbar is neatly concealed under the bumper. The towbar has a towing capacity of 1500 kg for the Long Range model and up to 2000 kg for the Performance and Privilege models.

ZEEKR X
This detachable towbar has a towing capacity of 1600 kg, providing ample capacity for your needs. The towbar can be easily removed without the need for tools when not in use.

Charging Cable

ZEEKR's home-use adapter cable is a 6-meter long ICCB Type 2 cable. With this adapter cable, you can easily charge when you're on the go at public charging stations or from a standard wall outlet.

Floor Mats

Custom made specifically for the X model. These durable all-weather TPE floor mats are a stylish and practical accessory for the interior of your car, providing excellent protection from dirt and moisture. The mats provided protect the full floor areas of both front and rear seating areas.
