(Version 1.0)

This is an English translation version of the Warranty Terms and Conditions for purchases made in Sweden. The English translation version should be used for consultation purposes only and the Swedish local language version, which can be found here, applies: GARANTIVILLKOR.

1. INTRODUCTION AND APPLICABILITY

ZEEKR Sweden AB, reg. no. 559425-7908 (hereinafter "ZEEKR") issues a warranty for each new ZEEKR vehicle sold, registered, and operated in Sweden. ZEEKR provides a New Vehicle Limited Warranty (as defined in section 4) and additional warranties as specified in sections 5.1– 5.8 below. The New Vehicle Limited Warranty and the additional warranties stipulated by these Warranty Terms and Conditions are hereinafter referred to as the "Warranty".

The Warranty is issued to you, the buyer of a ZEEKR vehicle (hereinafter "Vehicle") and thereafter applies in favour of the owner of the Vehicle at any time during the warranty period (hereinafter "Vehicle Owner").

This Warranty is the only warranty provided by ZEEKR for the Vehicle, its components and related equipment. ZEEKR is not bound by any other warranty obligations other than those expressly stated in this Warranty.

The Warranty is provided only for Vehicles used, maintained, and serviced in accordance with ZEEKR's recommendations and instructions and provided that the Vehicle Owner complies with the terms and conditions set forth in this Warranty.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. These rights do not replace or affect your mandatory statutory rights under applicable law.

2. WARRANTY TRANSFERABILITY

The Warranty is in favour of and can only be claimed by the Vehicle Owner at any given time during the applicable warranty period. If the Vehicle is transferred to another owner, the Warranty will follow the transfer to the benefit of the new Vehicle Owner.

A Vehicle being transferred to a subsequent Vehicle Owner does not affect it still being within the time period and mileage specified in relation to each warranty below. Transfer of Warranty can only occur if, until the date of transfer, the Vehicle has been used, maintained, and serviced in accordance with ZEEKR's recommendations and instructions and the previous and current Vehicle Owners have complied with the terms and conditions of this Warranty. This applies in particular to servicing the Vehicle according to ZEEKR's recommendations and instructions.

3. PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION

The Vehicle is inspected and conditioned according to ZEEKR's high-quality standards prior to delivering the Vehicle to you, ensuring your long-term satisfaction. Any mileage covered by the Vehicle prior to the delivery date will be included in the New Vehicle Warranty mileage limit figure.

4. ZEEKR NEW VEHICLE LIMITED WARRANTY

The New Vehicle Limited Warranty covers the cost of repair or replacement of parts and components of your new Vehicle which prove to be defective in materials or workmanship.

The New Vehicle Limited Warranty is valid from the first registration date of your new Vehicle for five (5) years, or until your new Vehicle has reached a mileage of one hundred thousand (100,000) kilometres (mileage limitation applicable from the twenty-fifth (25th) month), whichever comes first ("Initial Warranty Period"), and for up to ten (10) years from the first registration date of your new Vehicle, or until your new Vehicle has reached a mileage of two hundred thousand (200,000) kilometres, whichever comes first, provided that the conditions for additional warranty period are fulfilled as set forth below ("Additional Warranty Period").

During the Initial Warranty Period, the Vehicle may be serviced at any workshop, provided that the servicing is done in accordance with standards approved by ZEEKR and the recommended servicing schedule by ZEEKR, using ZEEKR original spare parts or parts of matching quality.

If the Vehicle Owner, subsequent to the Initial Warranty Period, performs services of its Vehicle according to ZEEKR standards at a ZEEKR workshop (i.e., ZEEKR High Tech Service Centres or ZEEKR mobile services) or ZEEKR authorized workshops, the Vehicle Owner will benefit from Additional Warranty Periods of twenty-four (24) months or forty-thousand (40,000) kilometres of warranty at a time, until the Vehicle is either ten (10) years of age or two hundred thousand (200,000) kilometres, whichever comes first.

In order to exercise the right to original spare parts warranty, you must provide evidence of the original spare part purchase or installation date by means of an invoice.

If the original spare part is installed by a ZEEKR workshop or an authorized ZEEKR workshop within the scope of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty, the original spare part is instead covered by the New Vehicle Limited Warranty.

5.5. Original accessories warranty

The original accessories (incl. winter wheels) warranty covers ZEEKR original accessories purchased from ZEEKR, a ZEEKR workshop or an authorized ZEEKR workshop, after the first registration date of your new Vehicle, and is valid from the date of purchase of the accessory and expires two (2) years after the date of purchase.

In order to exercise the right to original accessories warranty, you must provide evidence of the accessory purchase or installation date by means of an invoice.

5.6. Paint and surface warranty

The paint and surface warranty covers faults pertaining to paintwork and/or surface rust, and is valid for four (4) years from the first registration date of your new Vehicle or until your new Vehicle has reached a mileage of eighty thousand (80,000) kilometres, whichever comes first.

5.7. Corrosion protection warranty

The corrosion protection warranty covers faults pertaining to rust perforation through any original sheet metal body panel and is valid for up to twelve (12) years from the first registration date of your new Vehicle or until your new Vehicle has reached a mileage of two hundred thousand (200,000) kilometres, whichever comes first.

PLEASE NOTE: High-voltage batteries are subject to natural degradation of capacity due to aging and usage. If the battery capacity is lower than 70% of its original status (according to specification) during the Warranty period, the battery will be replaced by a new, repaired, or reconditioned unit free of charge.

6. ZEEKR'S RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1. Warranty remedies

ZEEKR guarantees to the Vehicle Owner, that any remedy (repairs or replacements) necessary to correct faults/defects in material or workmanship under the Warranty as described in both section 4 and section 5.1 – 5.8, will be carried out free of charge by a ZEEKR workshop or ZEEKR authorized workshop. The method of repairing or replacing is to be determined by the ZEEKR workshop or ZEEKR authorized workshop. Parts or components, usage and events that are excluded from the Warranty are listed under Section 8.

Analysis and evaluation of the circumstances, symptoms and conditions under a warranty claim will be made by ZEEKR. Original spare parts and accessories will be repaired or replaced by a ZEEKR workshop or an authorized ZEEKR workshop only, using new or remanufactured original spare parts and accessories at ZEEKR's discretion.
