When can I order the cars?

ZEEKR X and ZEEKR 001 are now available to order in Sweden and Netherlands. As soon as we will open your market for orders, you can design your dream ZEEKR, add any accessories and options you need, choose a payment method and confirm you order.

The first customer deliveries in these two markets are estimated to start at the end of 2023. More markets will be added in the brand’s ambition to cover all Western Europe by 2026. Stay tuned by signing up for our ZEEKR updates.

Are there any discounts or incentives available for pre-orders?

Yes, there is a Pre Order Campaign for customers now placing a pre-order in Sweden and Nehterlands.

What charging solutions will ZEEKR provide?

ZEEKR will support all your charging needs. Provided that your home is suitable and approved for the installation of a home charger (wallbox), our qualified technical partners will help you with a smooth installation at home. In addition, we will also offer access to a pan-European charging network making your journey as smooth as possible.

When can I testdrive the car?

We are now offering testdrives of both ZEEKR 001 and ZEEKR X. To determine the current availability in your market and test drive options for ZEEKR vehicles, go to our Testdrive page or contact our Support team via email or phone. They will have the most up-to-date information regarding test drives and availability in your specific location. Flagship stores will be opened in Sweden and Holland in Q4 2023. If you subscribe to ZEEKR updates you will be informed about the exact dates.

Where can I service my car or get help in case of a technical issue?

ZEEKR will provide Mobile Service, Flagship workshops, and trusted Partners to ensure convenient support for all your service needs. Service appointments can be booked through the ZEEKR app.

How much will the car cost, and what are the payment options?

You can drive your ZEEKR with a monthly payment and a peace-of-mind. In all finance solutions, we offer attractive rates for you as a business or private customer. Cash payment is also an option. Specifications, prices, and payment options are shown on the order page.

What is the battery range of the ZEEKR models on a single charge?

For the ZEEKR 001 it's approx. 620 km, WLTP Range (RWD)* and for the ZEEKR X it's approx 440km, WLTP Range (RWD)*, *subject to final WLTP homologation.
WLTP (Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure) is a standardized method to measure vehicle emissions and fuel consumption.

ZEEKR 001: Power consumption combined in kWh/100km: 18,2-18,5 (WLTP), CO2-emissions combined in g/km:0, fuel consumption combined l/100km: 0.
ZEEKR X: Power consumption combined in kWh/100km: 16,4-18,3 (WLTP subject to final homologation), CO2-emissions combined in g/km:0, fuel consumption combined l/100km: 0.

What safety features and technologies are included in ZEEKR 001 and ZEEKR X?

As part of ZEEKR's DNA both ZEEKR X and ZEEKR 001 are equipped with the latest innovative Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) that assist in enhancing both driver's and occupant's safety. In addition both models are developed to the most stringent European legislative and consumer safety requirements (EuroNCAP).

What kind of warranty does ZEEKR offer?

Experience full peace of mind with up to 10 years warranty. Every new ZEEKR comes with 5 year/100,000 km vehicle warranty, extendable by an additional 5 years/100,000 km with ZEEKR service plan.

Relax knowing your car is also protected with 12 year corrosion warranty, 4 year paintwork warranty, 8 year/200,000km main battery warranty and 3 year roadside assistance. (Full details and exclusions to follow)
